What is Duo's Training?

Duo's Training with Saltee Fitness brings two people into a shared session without losing the personal coaching experience. Each workout is designed to meet both individuals where they are, with real-time adjustments to match different fitness levels, goals, and energy on any given day.

 

Training together adds a layer of accountability, motivation, and connection. Whether you’re pushing each other, keeping it light, or somewhere in between, Sami ensures both clients are supported, challenged, and progressing.

How it works

Each Duo's session is structured so both clients stay engaged without feeling rushed or overlooked. Workouts may be synchronized, alternating, or individually tailored within the same session depending on goals and experience.

 

Programming balances efficiency and personalization—so while you’re training together, you’re NEVER doing a one-size-fits-all workout. Each person gets what they need, while still sharing the experience.

Having a partner can boost accountability and make training more enjoyable, while Sami ensures both individuals are progressing safely and effectively. Movements are still coached, corrected, and refined in real time for each person.

 

What happens next?

All Duo training begins with a Fitness Consultation. This gives us time to understand both individuals’ goals, training backgrounds, and any considerations that may impact how sessions are structured.

 

During the consultation, we’ll talk through how Duo training would look for you specifically, including how sessions will be balanced and what to expect.

 

There’s no pressure to commit right away. If you decide to move forward, we’ll outline next steps and guide you through a simple onboarding process so both clients start with clarity and confidence.
