The Saltee Fitness Summer Bootcamp is a 10-week group fitness experience designed around music, competition, community, accountability, and steady progress.

 

Each week brings a new challenge, from partner workouts and music-themed sessions to strength days, competitions, and team-based activities. No two weeks feel exactly the same, but every session is designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent.

 

Come for the workout. Stay for the Ohana.
