In-Person Training with Saltee Fitness provides hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and focused attention during every session. Being physically present allows Sami to make form adjustments immediately, and respond to how you’re moving and feeling that day.

 

Most importantly, Saltee Fitness is Personal Training done your way. We focus on meeting clients where they are, and reducing friction around training.

Where we train

In-Person Training with Saltee Fitness is designed to be flexible and client-centered. Sessions can take place in a gym setting, outdoors at a beach or park, your own home or in other environments that make sense for your goals and comfort level.

 

Training location is chosen intentionally to support consistency, focus, and enjoyment. Whether you prefer a traditional gym, open space, or a more private setting, we’ll find an environment that helps you move confidently and stay engaged in your training.

In-Person Training emphasizes real-time interaction and having Sami physically present allows movements to be guided, adjusted, and refined as they happen. This immediate feedback provides clarity during training.

 

In-Person is especially helpful for building confidence with form, navigating new movements, or training with recent injuries.  The structure and presence of a coach can make the training process feel more supportive and intentional.

What happens next?

All of our training begins with a Fitness Consultation. This gives us time to understand your goals, training history, schedule, and any considerations that may impact how you train.

 

During the consultation, we’ll talk through whether in-person training is the best option for you and what working together would look like. You’ll have space to ask questions and get a clear sense of the approach before deciding anything.

 

There’s no obligation to commit on the spot. If you choose to move forward, we’ll outline next steps and guide you through a simple onboarding process so training starts with clarity and confidence.
